I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I was clinically trained at Simmons University in Boston, MA where I obtained my graduate degree in Social Work. I am trained and licensed to provide psychotherapy and social work services. I have also completed post-masters basic training in EMDR therapy through Kase & Co EMDR training, which has been an incredibly powerful treatment modality within my work.

I specialize in helping people process and find healing from trauma and some of the most difficult memories and moments within their lives. I have extensive experience working in community based and hospital settings, and have spent much of my career honing my skills with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I strive to use my expertise to help others find healing from childhood and relationship trauma in order to improve their quality of life and relationships with others.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time at the barn riding horses and going on hikes with my Golden Retriever, Driver.
